Liability Waivers

Diving and activities related to water are inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury or death. By choosing to participate in any event and/or activity that PJS hosts either in full or in part, you accept any and all liability and hold harmless, PJS , SSI, and any/all other 3rd parties PJS conducts business with.

Certification Policy

PJS follows all standards regarding SSI certification standards. Should the standards not be met, we will ensure they get met by taking appropriate action that will best benefit the student, to obtain certification (according to SSI Training Standards).

 

ALL invoices that include certification courses, MUST be paid in full before instruction begins, or the student risks delay of certification processing. By way of attending certification courses, the student agrees to pay outstanding invoices in full before their certifications will be processed.
